Founder & Managing Director, Profit Impact

Sarah Whale is a sustainable finance expert dedicated to transforming businesses into forces for good. A Fellow of the ACCA (FCCA) with a background in traditional finance, Sarah bridges the gap between commercial success and positive impact.
As Managing Director of Profit Impact, she has guided over 100 businesses through sustainability transformations. She "walks the talk," having achieved an exceptional B Corp score of 177 for her own business. Her pioneering work at the intersection of money and morality was recognised with the GenCFO ESG Project of the Year award.
Sarah serves as an Expert in Residence at King's College London Entrepreneurship Institute and is the Sustainability Lead on the ACCA SME Global Forum. Driven by the conviction that decision-making must go beyond profit alone, she challenges finance leaders to adopt frameworks that prove sustainability enhances, rather than constrains, performance.
